About Rest & Resilience Clinic

Mission

the clinic‘s mission is to provide evidence-based, high-quality, and accessible Behavioral Sleep Medicine (BSM) treatments for adults experiencing insomnia, circadian rhythm disruptions, and other behavioral contributors to poor sleep. Clinical care is grounded in established science, delivered with precision, and focused on improving day-to-day functioning through better sleep. We aim to reduce barriers to treatment by offering structured, goal oriented interventions that are both time-efficient and aligned with current best practices.

Behavioral Sleep Medicine Provider

Dr. Stephanie Claudatos is a behavioral sleep psychologist specializing in Behavioral Sleep Medicine (BSM). She provides evidence-based care for insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and sleep problems that co-occur with mental health conditions. She takes an integrative, individualized approach, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs, goals, and life context.

Her work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), behavioral interventions, and sleep health education to help patients develop sustainable, medication-independent sleep patterns. Dr. Claudatos has advanced training in clinical sleep psychology and experience working in both medical and psychiatric settings, with a focus on translating sleep science into practical strategies that improve functioning, mood, and overall health

About the Clinic

Rest and Resilience Clinic was created with a simple goal: to make high-quality, evidence-based sleep care accessible to the people who need it.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) has been shown to consistently create meaningful changes in sleep, even for longstanding sleep problems. There is a shortage of Behavioral Sleep Medicine services and to help close that gap, Rest and Resilience Clinic was created to provide reliable, evidence-based care that helps people sleep better and get back to living their lives.
