Nice to meet you! My name is Stephanie Claudatos, PhD, DBSM, and I am a behavioral sleep psychologist. I provide evidence-based care for insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and sleep problems that co-occur with mental health conditions. I take an integrative, individualized approach, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs, goals, and life context.
My work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), to help client build sustainable sleep strategies and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help client reconnect with what matters to you most. I have advanced training in clinical sleep psychology and experience working in both medical and psychiatric settings, with a focus on translating sleep science into practical strategies that improve functioning, mood, and overall health
